Visit ARC

Come visit us and see what’s hidden below the ski slope.

Enjoy a tour of the plant and a presentation of ARC’s business areas, including how we handle everything to do with waste.

Visits are intended for companies, associations, organisations and other guests interested in ARC’s waste management.

We are experiencing a substantial rise in booking requests at ARC. Since the calendar often is fully booked in more than 3 months in advance, we recommend that you book your visit at ARC as soon as possible. If there is no available slots in the booking system, then everything is booked.

ARC is an integral part of the city. We take the city’s waste and turn it into electricity, district heating and recyclable materials. Come and get a unique insight into the systems that are normally invisible to us, but that change the things you no longer want into things you can’t do without.

A visit lasts about 2 hours. We run visits for a minimum of 8 to a maximum of 25 participants, including a tour of the energy plant.

Please note that these visits focus on energy production. All enquiries concerning social events, skiing and a tour of the roof must be addressed to

Commercial organisers will be charged an administration fee of at least DKK 3,900, including VAT. The final price depends on the number of visitors on a tour.

NB: In the event of a no-show, a fee of DKK 1000 will be charged. Visits must be cancelled no later than 24 hours before the event.

Your safety

Long trousers and practical, closed shoes are mandatory when you visit us. Anyone wearing flip flops, sandals or high-heeled shoes will not be allowed entry.
