Booking, Payment and Cancellation Terms

The visit is considered confirmed once you have received a booking confirmation by email, either through our online booking system or directly from an ARC employee. If you have any questions regarding your booking confirmation, please contact us at visit@a-r-c.dk.

Payment must be made no later than four weeks before the sceduled visit date. For bookings made less than four weeks before the visit, payment is due upon confirmation of the booking.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing no later than one week before the scheduled visit date. For cancellation made less than five working days before the visit, ARC reserves the right to charge the full visit fee.

If a group fails to attend the visit without prior notice (a “no-show”), ARC reserves the right to invoice the full visit fee.

Neither party shall be liable for cancellations caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, pandemics, or other extraordinary events. Both parties must notify each other as soon as possible if such circumstances arise.

ARC may also be required to cancel a visit at short notice if operational conditions at the waste-to-energy plant make a tour impossible, or if unforeseen staff shortages prevent the visit from taking place. In such cases, any payments made will be refunded in full.
